阿伏西地(INN:alvocidib;開發代號:HMR 1275、L-868275),也叫夫拉平度(flavopiridol),是一種黃酮類生物鹼CDK9激酶抑制劑,由Tolero製藥公司進行臨床開發,用於治療急性骨髓性白血病。還研究了將它用於治療關節炎[1]和粥樣斑塊形成。[2]阿伏西地的靶點是正轉錄延伸因子(P-TEFb)。[3][4]用阿伏西地處理細胞會抑制P-TEFb並導致mRNA產生的損失。[5][6]
該化合物是羅希吐鹼的合成類似物。羅希吐鹼是一種天然產物,最初從山楝中提取,後來從紅果樫木中提取。[7][8]
孤兒藥
美國食品藥品監督管理局已授予阿伏西地孤兒藥資格,用於治療急性髓系白血病患者。[9]
