莫卧儿菜
莫卧儿菜,是印度在莫卧儿帝国时代发展出的烹调风格,是受中亚风格强烈影向的北印度菜。莫卧儿菜主要流行于旁遮普邦和克什米尔。口味从极其温和到辛辣不等,以串烧和抓饭为代表性食物。
