L-蘇胺酸3-去氫酶(英語:L-threonine 3-dehydrogenase,EC 1.1.1.103 (頁面存檔備份,存於網際網路檔案館)),是一種以NAD+或NADP+為受體、作用於供體CH-OH基團上的氧化還原酶。這種酶能催化以下酶促反應:
- L-蘇胺酸 + NAD+ L-2-胺基-3-氧代丁酸 + NADH + H+
上述反應的產物L-2-胺基-3-氧代丁酸在水溶液中能自發轉化為胺基丙酮。L-蘇胺酸3-去氫酶主要參與甘胺酸、絲胺酸和蘇胺酸的代謝過程。這種酶能與甘胺酸C-乙醯基轉移酶(glycine C-acetyltransferase,2.3.1.29 (頁面存檔備份,存於網際網路檔案館))結合成為錯合物協同作用,參與蘇胺酸的降解過程,該蘇胺酸降解途徑在原核細胞及真核細胞中都很常見。[1]
