芹菜苷(英語:Apiin)是一種天然黃酮類化合物,是芹菜素的二糖苷,可以在歐芹[1]和芹菜[2]等耐寒植物以及香蕉葉中發現。[3]
芹菜苷在製備金或銀球形膠體過程中被用作還原劑和穩定劑。[4]
