同源框蛋白CDX-1(Homeobox protein CDX-1)是一种由基因CDX1编码的蛋白质。[1][2]
该基因是尾型同源框转录因子基因家族的一员。其编码的DNA结合蛋白用以调控肠道特异性基因的表达和肠上皮细胞的分化。已知它能诱导肠道碱性磷酸酶的表达,并抑制β-连环素和T细胞因子的转录活性[2]。
