细胞黏附

细胞黏附是指细胞透过表面的特殊分子,和邻近细胞或细胞外基质相互作用并且结合的过程。此过程可以透过两个细胞的直接接触(例如细胞连接),也可以间接地由细胞附着在细胞外基质上来达成。细胞外基质是细胞所释出的物质,可以填满细胞周围的空间[1]。细胞黏附主要是由细胞表面细胞黏附分子(CAM,一种跨膜蛋白)所介导[2]。细胞黏附会连接各细胞,且参与细胞的信号传导,使细胞能够感知并回应周围环境的变化[1][3]。细胞黏附在多细胞生物的组织形成、细胞迁移等过程中扮演重要角色[4]。细胞黏附的异常与多种疾病(如癌症[5][6]关节炎[7])密切相关,同时也影响感染原(细菌病毒)的疾病传播[8][9]
