塔布卡水坝（阿拉伯语：سد الطبقة‎），又称革命水坝（阿拉伯语：سد الثورة‎），为幼发拉底河上的一座土坝，位于拉卡上游40千米（25英里）处。水坝南方紧邻革命市。坝体高约60米（200英尺），长约4.5千米（2.8英里），为叙利亚境内最大的水坝。水坝完成后，上游集水区形成阿萨德湖，为叙利亚最大的湖泊。在苏联的援助下，塔布卡水坝始建于1968年，1973年竣工。同时跨国团队也努力将可能遭到湮没的考古遗址尽可能撤离及纪录。1974年，水坝完工后，下游的水量减少，造成伊拉克抗议，后来苏联和沙特阿拉伯介入调停。水坝最初建造目的是为了发电、灌溉，迄今两者仍尚未达到其最大潜在效率。
