笋螺科（学名：Terebridae）[4]:47,50是芋螺总科之下一组小型到大型海螺组成的科级捕食性海洋腹足纲软体动物的分类单元[3]。
型态描述
本科物种具有矢舌型（toxoglossate，又名毒舌型）齿舌、外唇坡无唇缺[4]:50,47,44。
生态及栖息地
这些肉食性海螺栖息于温暖海域的沙质底层。
分类
截至2007年[update]，本科已知世上所有物种约有313种[2]，当中有超过50个物种见于大中华地区。根据2005年《布歇特和洛克罗伊的腹足类分类》，这些吸螺类物种大致可以分为下列两个亚科：
- 笋螺亚科（Terebrinae Mörch, 1852）[5]：异名有Acusidae; Acidae Gray, 1853（不合法名称）
- Pervicaciinae Rudman, 1969[4][6]
这两个亚科的分类已于2010年时不再使用[3]。
