認知風格
認知風格是認知心理學中用來描述個人思維、知覺、記憶以及運用知識解決問題的方式的一個術語。認知風格與認知能力(水平)不同,後者可以通過能力傾向測驗或所謂智力測驗進行測量。對於認知風格的準確內涵仍有爭議。不過,它已經是教育和管理領域的一個關鍵概念。如果一名學生的認知風格與教師類似,這個學生就會有更積極的學習經歷,學習將會改善。同樣,隊員如果擁有類似的認知風格,將會使他們對於參與有更積極的感受。而認知風格的匹配將使參與者與人共事時感覺更為舒適,雖然它並不能獨自保證取得勝利的結果。一些關於認知風格的概念和測量方法仍在討論中。
