SH3結構域 (英語:SH3 domain ,全稱Src同源3結構域 ,英語:SRC Homology 3 Domain )是最早在病毒 接頭蛋白 v-Crk及酪氨酸激酶 Src 、Abl 中發現的長約60個氨基酸 殘基的保守 結構域 [ 1] [ 2] ,在磷酸肌醇3-激酶 、Ras超家族 G蛋白 、cdc25 中也存在[ 3] [ 4] [ 5]
