STAT1
STAT1是轉錄因子中信號轉導及轉錄激活蛋白(STAT蛋白)家族的一員。
STAT1涉及I型、II型或III型干擾素激活基因的正調控。在干擾素-γ刺激下,STAT1會組成同源二聚體或與STAT3組成異二聚體結合到GAS(Interferon-Gamma-Activated Sequence,干擾素γ激活序列)啟動子上;而在干擾素-α或干擾素-β刺激下,STAT1會與STAT2組成異二聚體結合到ISRE(Interferon-Stimulated Response Element,干擾素激活反應元件)啟動子上[6]。在這兩種情況下,STAT二聚體與啟動子的結合都會導致ISG(Interferon-Stimulated Genes,干擾素激活基因)的表達。
