KLF4
Kruppel樣因子4(英語:Kruppel-like factor 4,縮寫KLF4)或腸富集Krüppel樣因子(英語:gut-enriched Krüppel-like factor,縮寫GKLF)是鋅指轉錄因子KLF家族的一個成員,後者屬於一個較大的SP1樣轉錄因子家族[5][6][7]。KLF4參與細胞增殖、細胞分化、細胞凋亡和體細胞重編程的調節。有證據表明KLF4在包括大腸癌在內的一些癌症中是腫瘤抑制基因[8]。與KLF2類似,它在C端有三個C2H2型鋅指[6]。它有兩個核定位序列指引它定位於細胞核內[9]。在胚胎幹細胞(ESCs)和間充質幹細胞(MSCs)中KLF4是顯示多能化的很好標記。
