過氧化物酶體增殖物活化受體γ
過氧化物酶體增殖物活化受體γ(Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma ,縮寫為PPAR-γ或PPARG),也稱胰島素增敏劑受體(glitazone receptor),或 NR1C3(意為核受體第一亞科C集團第3號,nuclear receptor subfamily 1, group C, member 3)是一種位於人類染色體上的二型核受體,由PPARG基因編碼。[2][3][4]對脂肪細胞和胰島素有重要的作用,是治療糖尿病的研究對象之一。[5]
