磷化銩 是一種無機化合物 ,化學式為TmP,它是銩 的磷化物 之一,它在高壓下可以發生NaCl 型至CsCl 型的相變 。[ 1]
它可以在銩 和磷化氫 的反應中生成,緻密的磷化物膜會阻止金屬內部進一步的反應。[ 2] 在對砷化鎵 刻蝕後,可在其表面長出磷化銩外延層,得到TmP/GaAs異質結構。[ 3]
