康楠[1][2][3]（英语：Namgya Choden Khampa[注 1]，1977年2月12日—），印度外交官，现任印度驻肯尼亚高级专员，兼任印度驻索马里大使。
经历
康楠生于1977年2月12日。[4][5]她拥有国际关系学硕士和哲学硕士学位。[6]
2000年康楠进入印度外事服务。[4][6]她曾两次在印度驻华大使馆工作，分别是2002年至2006年和2013年至2016年。她还曾于2009年至2013年在印度常驻联合国代表团工作。在纽约期间，她于2011年至2013年当选为联合国行政和预算问题谘询委员会成员，并担任印度在联合国开发计划署和联合国人口基金会执行委员会的代表。[6]
在新德里的印度外交部，康楠曾分别负责过与美国、斯里兰卡和缅甸的双边关系。她还于2016年至2018年借调至印度总理办公室工作。2018年至2020年，她领导外交部发展合作司，处理印度与邻国的援助和发展合作事务。[6]就任印度驻肯尼亚高级专员之前，康楠任印度驻尼泊尔大使馆副馆长。[6]
2022年8月12日，康楠被任命为下一任印度驻肯尼亚高级专员，[7][8]兼任印度驻索马里大使。[9][10]
个人生活
康楠会说印地语、 英语和汉语。与同为外交官的丈夫简文德育有一子一女。[6]
