蓋瑞·里根（Gary "Gaz" Regan，1951年9月18日—2019年11月15日），英國出生的調酒師，後移居美國。他以雞尾酒作家身份及《調酒學之趣》（The Joy of Mixology）一書而廣為人知。

早年生活

里根十四歲那年，在他雙親的英式酒吧裡開始接觸雞尾酒。他在黑潭的Courtfield Catering College接受廚藝教育後，與當時的太太諾瑪和開了餐酒館。兩年之後里根離婚，並於1973年移居至紐約。

職業生涯

移居紐約之後，他開始專職在酒吧工作。他成為南街海港North Star Pub的經理，而後在曼哈頓區Upper East Side工作。

在超過二十年的調酒職涯後，他開始寫作關於酒類、酒吧與調酒的專欄於美食藝術雜誌。 他的第一本書《調酒師聖經》於1991年出版，與當時的妻子Mardee Haidin Regan合著。 之後，他為Wine Enthusiast、Food & Wine與San Francisco Chronicle寫雞尾酒專欄。里根共出版了十八本雞尾酒書籍。

2008年里根與第三任妻子Amy Gallagher結婚，這段關係持續至他逝世。

里根也發展了自己的酒類品牌：雷根六號柳橙苦精，由Sazerac公司製造。

健康

2003年，里根因為舌癌接受了化療與手術，因此蓄不出原本標誌性的大鬍子，他此時開始留長髮，並將昵称改為英國時期的Gaz。

里根於2019年11月15日因肺炎過世。
