2024年8月28日，喜剧演员妮基·格拉瑟（英语：Nikki Glaser）宣布担任典礼主持人，接任去年差评如潮的喜剧演员乔·考伊（英语：Jo Koy）[1]。妮基本人的喜剧特辑《妮基·格拉瑟：你早晚得死》（Nikki Glaser: Someday You'll Die）获提名最佳电视单口喜剧表演奖（英语：Best Performance in Stand-Up Comedy on Television）[6]。
