17α-羥孕酮(英語:17α-Hydroxyprogesterone,17α-OHP),有時就簡稱為羥孕酮(英語:hydroxyprogesterone,OHP)是一種孕酮類似的內源性的孕激素類甾體激素[1][2][3],同時也是很多內源性甾體激素生物合成的前體,包括雄激素、雌激素、糖皮質激素和鹽皮質激素以及一些神經甾體。
生物學活性
由於和孕酮的相似性,17α-OHP是孕酮受體(PR)的一種激動劑,但相比之下比較弱[4]。另外,也是一種鹽皮質激素受體(MR)的拮抗劑[5],也是糖皮質激素受體(GR)的部分激動劑,其EC50不到皮質醇的百分之一[4][6][7]。
