夫西地酸（英語：Fusidic acid）是一種類固醇抗生素，通常作為軟膏和眼藥水局部使用，也可作為片劑或注射劑全身使用。在全球範圍內，細菌抗生素抗藥性的提高引起了人們對其使用的新興趣[1]。夫西地酸對大部分抗甲氧西林金黃色葡萄球菌有效，[2]但為防耐藥性產生（轉變為耐藥菌需要的突變較少），本藥應該配合其他抗生素使用[3]或者以極高濃度單獨使用。[4]

使用單獨含本品的藥膏、眼藥水很容易產生耐藥金黃色葡萄球菌，[5]因此有作者要求停用這類藥物，以免「浪費」一種有效的抗生素。[3]在歐洲，含有夫西地酸的藥膏一般也會加入慶大黴素。

夫西地酸軟膏對於痤瘡成因痤瘡丙酸桿菌的效果不如其他抗生素，因此不推薦用於此用途。[6]
