四金化矽是一種無機化合物，化學式為SiAu4，在這種化合物中，金作為電子的接受體，顯-1價。四金化矽作為金代矽烷的一種已被分離出來。[1]其晶胞參數為a=5.658, c=5.605 A。[2]SiAu4的LUMO和四個Si—Au成鍵軌道均與SiH4相似。[3]
此外，負價的金和矽還可以形成Si3Au3等化合物。[4]
