十二線天堂鳥（中國大陸作十二線極樂鳥，學名：Seleucidis melanoleucus），是雀形目極樂鳥科的一種鳥類，屬於單型的十二線天堂鳥屬（學名：Seleucidis）。[2]
十二線天堂鳥體重約174.43克，翼長約17.00公分，喙寬度約7.9公釐，喙厚度約9.7公釐，嘴峰長約68.2公釐，跗蹠長約41.6公釐，尾長約85.2公釐。
十二線天堂鳥是留鳥，棲息在森林，它們是植食性動物，主要以植物的果實為食。[3] 它們分布在新幾內亞。[4]
