中心硅藻目（學名：Coscinodiscophyceae），是矽藻綱兩個目中的其中一個，另一為羽紋矽藻目。由切頂線或面去觀察，其殼面花紋呈輻射狀排列，具有點紋、孔紋、肋紋等；無殼縫和假殼縫，不能運動。該類為單細胞或由殼面連成鏈狀，殼面有圓形、卵圓形、多角形等；色素體盤狀、多個。此目大多海水產，少數為淡水產。
