The 195 Project是香港企业家和慈善家卢启贤（英语：Calvin Lo) 于2020年成立的非营利智库。[1] 它隶属于卢启贤价值2.45亿美元个人慈善基金会CFL Initiative的一个分支。[2]
The 195 Project通过寻求无党派、[3] 非政治性的宏观经济观点、讨论及专家意见，探索如何在后新冠时代中以最好的方式弘扬慈善事业。[4][5]
