LeCroy公司（LeCroy Corporation）是美国制造示波器、协定分析仪及其他设备的厂商[1]。现在LeCroy公司是泰莱达科技（Teledyne Technologies）的一家子公司[2]。
历史
LeCroy公司是在1964年（当时的名称是LeCroy Research Systems）由Walter Lecroy创立[3]。
LeCroy公司一开始是私人公司，后来在1995年公开发行股票[4]。
LeCroy公司在2004年9月购买了竞争公司Computer Access Technology Corporation（CATC）[5]。
泰莱达科技在2012年5月29日宣布，LeCroy公司合并到泰莱达科技中，Teledyne LeCroy为其子公司[6]。
Teledyne LeCroy在2016年4月7日宣布，他们已并购Frontline Test Equipment，是无线通讯协定分析测试工具的供应商[7]。
Teledyne LeCroy在2016年4月13日宣布，已签订收购Quantum Data的协议，这是影像测试工具，信号产生器以及通讯协定分析仪的供应商[8]。
