总督岛
总督岛（英语：Governors Island）是美国纽约市上纽约湾的一个岛屿，岛名来自美国独立战争之前由英国君主任命的纽约殖民地总督[1]，位于曼哈顿岛以南约半英里处，在行政区划上属于曼哈顿区。在20世纪前期，由于纽约地铁工程挖出的土砂填埋在此，使得该岛面积大幅增加[2]，布鲁克林-炮台公园隧道亦利用该岛设立通风井[3]。现在该岛在5月至9月期间对外开放，是著名观光景点，其上设有总督岛国家纪念区。
