李德明（Doug Bing，1950/1951年—），加拿大政治人物和牙医，2013年-17年间以卑诗自由党党员身份担任卑诗省议会枫树岭—匹特草原选区（英语：Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows）议员，2005年-14年间则任职匹特草原地区议员。

生平

李德明于卑诗省温哥华土生土长[2]，为第三代加拿大华人，祖父和外公于20世纪初抵加时需缴付人头税[3]。他曾任中学学生会会长，于卑诗大学修读时则任该校教务委员会的学生代表[2]。他从该校取得理学士学位，再于1977年从该校获取牙医学位[2][4]。他就学时结识妻子海伦（Helen），两人于1980年在匹特草原开设牙医诊所并育有三子[2][4]。

他于2005年地方选举中当选匹特草原地区议员，再于2008年地方选举中赢取最高票数连任[5]。2011年4月他宣布竞选匹特草原市长，但同年8月则表示弃选并改为竞逐连任市议员[5]。他在2011年市选中再度获取最高票数，赢得第三届市议员任期[6]。

2013年2月他获取卑诗自由党枫树岭—匹特草原选区（英语：Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows）候选人资格[7]，在同年省选以620票之差险胜新民主党候选人罗森瑙（Elizabeth Rosenau）成为该区省议员[2][8][9]。他留任匹特草原市议员至2014年2月，期间未有从市府领取薪金或报销开支[10][11]。他在第40届省议会中出任内阁强劲经济委员会、卫生特别常务委员会、和原住民事务特别常务委员会等会成员[2]。

他于2017年省选竞逐连任省议员，但不敌新民主党候选人毕丽莎[12][13]。
