One UI（前身：Samsung Experience、TouchWiz），是三星电子让手机、平板、手提电脑具有丰富视觉吸引力和使用起来轻松容易的用户界面[1]，One UI接口的特色是让三星的产品在硬体和软体完美和谐地协同工作，并在大萤幕上提供自然舒适的体验。One UI在2018年11月22日的Samsung开发者大会发布 ，用以接替上一版本的 Samsung Experience ，作为该公司旗下的三星Galaxy系列手机以及Galaxy Watch系列的用户界面。
手机端和平板电脑端的One UI基于Android开发[2]，手表端与电视端的One UI则基于Tizen开发。根据Samsung的说明，该用户界面正在逐步更新至其他更旧的装置，[3]并预载于2019年2月发布的Galaxy S10系列。[4]
功能
One UI 的操作概念：[5]
- 自然交互的界面
- 将内容和功能放置在手指旁，使用户能够更自然的与手机进行交互
- 使用户更专注于目前的工作
- 将屏幕内容进行重新组织，使用户能够更容易查找并关注内容
- 将页面内容分成预览区和交互区两部分，使重点内容统一在预览区呈现[6]
- 新增黑夜模式
- 用户在晚上能够更舒适的观看手机内容
- 全新的通知栏界面
- 全新的应用程式图标[7]
- 重新设计Samsung Experience 主页，消息，电话，媒体浏览器，浏览器等应用程式，使大部分系统应用程式能够以单手操作
- 导航按键能够以手势代替。[8]
OneUI中也去除了以下的功能:
- 去除了Galaxy S9和Galaxy Note9中专业模式内的影片拍摄功能，仅保留专业模式拍照[9]。引起了相关机型用户社区的不满，因为该功能是Galaxy S9和Galaxy Note9售卖时录影功能的卖点之一[10]。三星电子已在后续的One UI 2 更新中重新加入专业影片模式）
