《1960年投注及博彩法令》（英语：Betting and Gaming Act 1960）是英国国会的一项法令，旨在将英国其他形式的赌博合法化。该法令于1960年9月1日通过，1961年1月1日生效。[1]
法令
根据1949至1951年皇家投注、奖券及博彩委员会的建议[2]，该法令于1961年1月1日生效，并首先准许在桥牌等技能游戏中举行小额赌博。[3]自1961年5月起，投注店获准开业。[4]
截至1965年，大约有16,000个牌照由各地裁判官发出。[5]
目标
该法令旨在令赌博远离街头。自该法令生效当日起，会对街头赌博判以罚款。[1]
