辛县

辛县(寮语:ເມືອງສີງ)是寮国西北部琅南塔省的一个县，位于琅南塔西北约60公里处以及永珍西北360公里处。^[1]^[2]^[3]该县辖约95个村庄，北与中国云南省接壤。该县面积1650平方公里，至2000年时人口约23500人，人口密度为每平方公里14.2人。^[4]地形的海拔高度从540米到2,094米不等。^[5]
