软壁菌门（Tenericutes）旧称无壁菌门，新名 Mycoplasmatota（暂无译名）^[3]^[4]，是细菌界下的一个门。该门下有一个纲，即柔膜细菌纲（英语：Mollicutes）（Mollicutes）。该门命名于1984年^[5]^[6]^[7]。该门下的典型物种有枝原体、螺原体（Spiroplasma）、脲原体（英语：Ureaplasma）（Ureaplasma），以及植原体（Phytoplasma）。软壁菌门属于革兰氏阴性菌；其中，一部分软壁菌门下的物种是生理状况下胎盘菌群（英语：placental microbiome）的一部分^[8]^[9]。软壁菌门的细菌通常对人体无害。
