电磁阀的工作原理
- 通过对电磁线圈通电/断电控制管路的开启/关闭或改变流体(一般是压缩空气或者液体)流向(电磁开关阀)。
- 改变通过电磁线圈电压/电流(一般为电流譬如4-20mA的直流电流)等参数控制管路中流体流量或流体压力(电磁调节阀)。
常见的用途
电磁阀用于流体动力气动和液压系统,控制气缸,液压传动电机或较大的工业阀门。 自动灌溉喷头系统还利用电磁阀与自动控制器。国内洗衣机和洗碗机用电磁阀来控制水进入机器。
电磁阀可用于工业应用的广泛阵列,包括一般的通断控制,校准和测试台,试验工厂控制回路,过程控制系统,和各种原始设备制造商的应用程序。
