毛汉（英语：Mohan Chugani，1946年—），居港印裔商人，拥有英国国籍[1]。香港印度协会前主席，传媒人褚简宁的兄长。
商界
毛汉以行商为生。他曾参与国际商业信贷银行香港分行的审查委员会，监察及核准该行的清盘。在1995年，他曾质疑港英政府取消该行银行牌照，以及命令该行停止营业的决定[2]。
社福事业
《南华早报》曾多次访问毛汉，讯问他对香港少数族裔权益的意见[3]。例如香港入境处曾于2016年拘捕香港两名印裔曲棍球球手，指控他们协助他人违反逗留条件，留港申请庇护。在事件中毛汉质疑香港特区政府特别针对印裔人[4]。
2011年，毛汉曾出席清谈节目《把酒当歌》。该节目一般由其弟褚简宁主持[来源请求]，但该集〈我哋唔系少数族裔〉嘉宾主持为曾钰成。
2015年毛汉被授与行政长官社区服务奖状[5]。
2018年，毛汉与夏利里拉家族的夏伟基（英语：Vijay Harilela）共同创立香港族裔共融联会[6][7]。

政见
毛汉曾在反送中运动其间，于2019年7月20日出席撑警集会，并介绍自己名叫毛汉：毛泽东的毛，汉人的汉[10]。在水炮车事件之后，毛汉接受香港《苹果日报》访问，澄清他并非支持警察，而是响应该集会的主题《守护香港》，并代表少数族裔发言[11]。
被警察的蓝色水炮袭击
2019年10月，毛汉在清真寺门外被香港警察的水炮车打中，引发了风波，事件被媒体广泛报道[12][13]。毛汉指被喷中后身体不适，感觉像“被火烧”[14]，当时清真寺外并没有任何示威者聚集，他不同意警方指有“暴徒”在场的说法，指该说法完全失实，认为水炮车向清真寺发射水炮并不正确，亦质疑当天操作水炮车的警员不专业[15][16]。
事后毛汉向警监会投诉警察，并向传媒透露其对警察的批评[1]。其弟，传媒人褚简宁，亦在其《信报》专栏〈Straight-shooting〉公开批评香港特首林郑月娥有五个“教训”需要学习（《Not just five demands, five lessons too for Carrie Lam》）[17]，而褚简宁在水炮车事件前曾在《南华早报》发表要求林郑月娥接受五大诉求的评论文章[18]。

Former Indian Association of Hong Kong president Mohan Chugani says the new measures are a step towards a solution for the time being to the problem of illegal migrants that will also restore the reputation of Indian nationals. Hong Kong was not equipped to handle “that many refugees who abuse the system”, he said. A government source said pre-arrival registration would in most cases be granted quickly after checks on travel plans. This is preferable to lengthy questioning and body searches aimed at stemming the flow of fake asylum seekers trying to live and work illegally here in jobs organised by black market labour rackets.

Mohan Chugani, president of the Indian Association Hong Kong, queried why Indians were targeted. "It's a particularly insensitive time for the government to highlight this issue, especially as [Leung] is visiting India," said Chugani. "Other countries also have visa-free access to Hong Kong. Some of their citizens also abuse the system ... why target only Indians?"
