拉坦前列腺素（Latanoprost）是一种治疗眼压升高的药物，是滴入眼睛的眼药水^[5]。包括高眼压症（英语：Ocular hypertension）和隅角开放型青光眼^[5]。药效通常在四小时内出现，可持续长达一天^[5]。

常见副作用包括视力模糊、眼睛发红、瘙痒和虹膜变黑^[5]。拉坦前列腺素属于前列腺素衍生物（英语：Prostaglandin analogue）药物家族^[5]。作用机转是增加房水通过葡萄膜巩膜通道流出眼睛^[6]。

拉坦前列腺素在1996年取得美国的医疗使用许可^[5]。名列世界卫生组织基本药物标准清单^[7]。有学名药流通于市^[8]。2017 年在美国，名列最常用处方药第 81 名，共开出超过 900 万张处方^[9] ^[10]。
