弗雷德·爱德华·菲德勒(英语:Fred Edward Fiedler,1922年7月13日—2017年6月8日[1])是20世纪工业与组织心理学的主要研究者之一。他说明塑造了心理学,并且是一位心理学家领导者[2]。在1967年,他引入了领导力的权变模型理论。在1987年,菲德勒与约瑟夫·E·加西亚(Joseph E. Garcia)共同著有认知资源理论英语Cognitive resource theory
