内阴动脉（Arteria pudenda interna）源自于内髂动脉，为三条阴部动脉的其中一条。内阴动脉负责供养外生殖器的血流。
内阴动脉为内髂动脉前分支的终末分支，在雌性个体身上较雄性细小。
解剖
内阴动脉源自于内髂动脉，并爬经骨盆侧壁。并于坐骨大孔的梨形肌下方离开骨盆腔，进入臀部。之后沿着荐棘韧带，穿过坐骨小孔进入会阴。后与内阴静脉及阴部神经在会阴管中并行。
