條目名稱不中立
此條目是否為恐怖攻擊仍有爭議，英文版的名稱2011 Hotan attack也沒有「恐怖」的字眼，因此我認為應更改一個較中立的名稱。--M940504（留言） 2013年1月26日 (六) 02:00 (UTC)
