language of the name

Hello! If I understand correctly, »阿拉伯語：Milima Teffedest‎« essentially means ›name in Arabic: Milima Teffedest‹. Two notes on this:

1. »Milima« is Swahili, not Arabic. Swahili is not spoken in the area.
2. »Teffedest« is Tamahaq, not Arabic.

Tamahaq is the native language of the people living in the region for centuries.
