POSDCORB

POSDCORB，管理七項功能，又稱管理七職能論，美國社會學家古立克（Luther Halsey Gulick）與英國管理學家尤偉克（Lyndall Fownes Urwick）在1937年，合編了一本名為《管理科學論文集》（Papers on the Science of Administration）。古立克在該書的第一篇文章「組織理論註解」（Notes on the Theory of Organization），創造了一個「POSDCORB」的字來說明行政管理，POSDCORB為各項職能的英文單詞首字母，泛指七種主要的管理職能。為公共行政和管理學的基本概念。

簡介

POSDCORB分別包括以下職能：

• 計劃（Planning）；
• 組織（Organizing）；
• 人事（Staffing）；
• 指揮（Directing）；
• 協調（Co-ordinating）；
• 報告（Reporting）；
• 預算（Budgeting）。
