《Metropol》（大都會）是英國重打擊樂組合安靜的瘋子樂隊的首張專輯。
歌曲《Leave You Far Behind》（把你遠遠拋在後面）在《黑客帝國、《真人快打：大殲滅》、《橫衝直撞6》、《摩托風暴》、《駕駛》中出現。更早之前也在《蜘蛛俠》的片頭預告裏出現過。
《Leave you far behind》、《The Sound》在1988年以《Castl Road》、《Abnormal Bunx》的名字收錄在超凡樂團專輯《The Castbreeder》中。
