2015年全英音樂獎於2015年2月25日舉辦，本屆為第35屆英國唱片業協會年度流行音樂獎項，典禮於倫敦O2體育館舉行，安東尼·馬克派特寧和德克蘭·當納利（Ant & Dec）聯合主持[1]。提名作品於2015年1月15日公佈[2]，翠西·艾敏成為第五位設計獎盃雕塑的藝術家[3]。

典禮花絮
威斯特表演被和諧
典禮舉辦前一天快要結束時，肯伊·威斯特被確認將登台表演[9]。他表演其歌曲《All Day》時配備了大批穿着黑衣服舉着火焰噴射器的隨從。然而，他的表演中整首歌被多次靜音，都是些歌曲中非常露骨的歌詞，獨立電視台的直播屏蔽了饒舌中反覆用的「黑鬼」（nigger），照顧電視觀眾[10]。
對此，觀眾的反映有所不同，主持人Ant & Dec之後拿它開玩笑，而社交媒體上的意見出現分歧，有些人批評威斯特的表演，有些人批評ITV處理問題的做法[11][12]。
麥當娜摔跤
麥當娜在當晚的壓軸表演中演唱其單曲《Living for Love》以結束晚會，這標誌着她20年來首次獻唱全英音樂獎[13]。然而，在表演剛開始時，她的服裝出現了問題，被舞台的一部分台階給絆倒[14]。事後她發佈Instagram證實自己相安無事，並附文「感謝大家的祝願！我沒事[15]。」後來據透露，她的斗篷綁得太緊了，舞者試圖幫她從脖子上解開時，不料讓她摔在地上，嚇到了觀眾[16]。幾秒鐘後，她按計劃繼續表演[17]。
