鱗狀細胞癌抗原-1（英語：Squamous cell carcinoma antigen-1，縮寫SCCA-1、SCCA1，也稱為腫瘤相關抗TA4、絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑家族B亞家族成員3，serpin family B member 3，縮寫SERPINB3）是一個人類18號染色體上的基因，編碼一種絲氨酸蛋白酶抑制劑蛋白，是鱗狀細胞癌的腫瘤標誌物^[5]^[6]。
