芬妥木單抗

芬妥木單抗（INN：Figitumumab；開發代號：CP-751871）是一種針對胰島素樣生長因子1受體的單株抗體，^[1]已被研究用於治療多種癌症，例如腎上腺皮質癌（英語：Adrenocortical carcinoma）^[2]和非小細胞肺癌（英語：Non-small-cell lung cancer）。^[3]

這種藥物由輝瑞公司開發，但他們於2011年1月停止了該藥物的開發並停止了生產。^[4]

臨床試驗

第一個III期試驗（針對非小細胞肺癌）因死亡人數過多而於2009年12月暫停，^[5]但其他試驗仍在繼續。^[6]^[7]

它將被納入I-SPY2乳腺癌試驗中。^[8]
