紅蝽菌綱（Coriobacteriia）是放線菌門中的革蘭氏陽性細菌綱。^[1]^[2]紅蝽菌綱中的種未形成芽孢、專性或兼性的厭氧菌，它們能夠在各種生態區位中蓬勃生長。 ^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]戈登氏桿菌屬是該綱中僅有的能夠通過鞭毛運動的種。紅蝽菌綱中的幾個種與人類疾病存在不同程度的關係。 阿托波菌屬（英語：Atopobium），歐陸森氏菌屬和神秘桿菌屬種會影響人類的口腔感染，包括牙周炎、口臭，和其他牙髓感染。 ^[7]^[8]伊格爾茲氏菌屬與嚴重的血液菌血症和潰瘍性結腸炎有關。 ^[9]
