海洋餅乾（英語：Seabiscuit，1933年5月23日－1947年5月17日），美國1930年代一匹著名的賽馬，在美國陷入大蕭條的時候，它和它的主人的進取精神給了美國民眾以巨大的鼓舞，被譽為「美國精神」的代表。[1]它在1935年至1940年的6個賽季中，89場勝33場，15場亞軍，13場季軍，共贏彩金437,730美元（相當於現今大約五百六十萬美元），創當時美國良種馬最高紀錄。[2][3]參加美國二級賽布魯克林讓賽[4]，1937年奪冠[5]。

蘿拉·希林布蘭（Laura Hillenbrand）曾為此馬匹寫傳記，名為《海餅乾：史上最偉大的賽馬傳奇》（Seabiscuit: An American Legend）。2003年荷里活根據此書拍攝了同名電影《壯志奔騰》（Seabiscuit）。
