1-羥基菲（英語：1-Hydroxyphenanthrene）或叫1-羥菲，是一種菲酚和菲的人體代謝物，可以在暴露於多環芳香烴的人的尿液中檢測到。[1]
它還可以用作海洋魚膽汁中多環芳香烴污染的標記物。[2]
在菲生物降解的情況下，模型真菌雅致小克銀漢霉產生1-羥基菲（菲1-O-β-葡萄糖）的糖苷共軛物。[3]
與吸煙的關係
對於2-、3-和4-羥基菲和1-羥基芘，發現了與每天吸食的香煙有關的高度顯着差異和劑量反應關係，但對於1-羥基菲則沒有。[4]
