蓽澄茄油烯（英語：Cubebenes）是一種天然三環倍半萜，化學式為C15H24。其首次從蓽澄茄果的精油中分離得到，由此得名蓽澄茄油烯。
從蓽澄茄果種蒸餾得到的揮發性精油為淡綠色或黃藍色粘稠液體，並帶有柔和木香和輕微的樟腦氣味[1]。
蓽澄茄油烯存在α-蓽澄茄油烯和 β-蓽澄茄油烯兩種同分異構體[2]。其區別在於雙鍵位置的不同，α-蓽澄茄油烯雙鍵在五元環內，而β-蓽澄茄油烯在環外[3]。
