美利堅合眾國青年共產主義聯盟（英語：Young Communist League of the United States of America，縮寫為YCLUSA），通稱美國青年共產主義聯盟（Young Communist League USA），是美國共產黨的青年翼。該組織成立於1920年[1] 。2015年11月14日，該組織解散。2019年，美國共產黨重建美國青年共產主義聯盟。該組織以馬克思列寧主義為指導思想。該組織是世界民主青年聯盟的成員。
