林志弦（1959年1月24日—）是一名韓國歷史學家、作家，目前擔任西江大學跨國史教授和批判全球研究中心主任。他在大眾獨裁、「犠牲者民族主義」和法西斯主義等議題着墨甚多，有不少著作。
