副球菌屬(學名:Paracoccus)為紅桿菌目副球菌科的一屬好氧或兼性厭氧發酵型革蘭氏陰性桿菌。呈球狀或短杆狀。原屬紅桿菌科,2022年建立副球菌科後,現歸屬副球菌科。
大多分離來源自環境,出現在土壤、天然和人工的鹽水中,也有一些來自動物和植物。此屬的模式種為脫氮副球菌(Paracoccus denitrificans)。
