The Belgian government in London (French: Gouvernement belge à Londres, Dutch: Belgische regering in Londen), also known as the Pierlot IV Government, was the government in exile of Belgium between October 1940 and September 1944 during World War II. The government was tripartite, involving ministers from the Catholic, Liberal and Labour Parties. After the invasion of Belgium by Nazi Germany in May 1940, the Belgian government, under Prime Minister Hubert Pierlot, fled first to Bordeaux in France and then to London, where it established itself as the only legitimate representation of Belgium to the Allies. Wikipedia translation of the week: 2019-29

The winner this Translation of the week is en:Philippine space program Please be bold and help to translation this article! The space program of the Philippines is decentralized and is maintained by various agencies of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). There is no dedicated space agency to oversee the country's space program and is funded through the National SPACE Development Program by the DOST. Early Philippine initiatives in space technology has been led by private firms although in the recent years the government has played a more active role. The Philippines has been involved in space technology since the 1960s, when the government built an Earth satellite receiving station by the administration of then-President Ferdinand Marcos. It was also during the latter part of this period that a Filipino private firm acquired the country's first satellite, Agila-1 which was launched as an Indonesian satellite. In the 1990s, Mabuhay had Agila 2 launched to space from China. In the 2010s, the Philippine government partnered with the Tohoku and Hokkaido Universities of Japan to launch the first satellite designed by Filipinos, Diwata-1. Diwata-1 is a microsatellite. The government was able to develop and send two more small-scale satellites, Diwata-2 and Maya-1. A centralized space agency has been proposed in the legislature to address funding and management issue faced by the country's space program. 新聞稿說，今年1月台灣地區實行了新的語言保護規定，促使該部門重視台灣地區少數民族語言的發展建設。該部門認為，當前這些少數民族語言所面臨的最大困難，是因為「不能流傳而成為瀕危語言」，而為了扭轉這一現狀，該部門與台灣政治大學「原住民族研究中心」合作，通過創建這些瀕危語言的維基百科，讓這些語言「國際化」，激發少數民族對自己「族語」的熱愛，來實現保護髮揚這些語言的目的。

創建新的維基百科語言版本，需要先在維基孵育場給這些新語言進行「孵化」，待到社群和條目數量增長到一定程度，才能申請「zh」「en」等自己獨立的子項目。目前已經正式成為維基百科之一的語言共有294個，然而，語言學家認為，世界上所有的語言有上千種。這些在漢人遷入台灣前的原住民族大多講「南島語系」中的語言。漢人遷入後，現代標準漢語（「國語」）和台灣閩南話（「台語」）成為主流，而原住民族使用的語言逐漸式微，直至近十餘年才逐漸重視對他們的保護工作。與台灣少數民族語言關係更近、同屬南島語系的，還有印度尼西亞、馬來西亞、越南、菲律賓等地的一些語言。

【《求聞》編譯組北京7月8日電】今天凌晨，號稱是中文維基百科長期破壞者「影武者」在互助客棧消息版和求助版留言稱自己將停止對維基百科的破壞。

聲明中，他稱因為家境因素，從此將「開始認真找工作」，大意為自己平時在維基百科上破壞不務正業，越陷越深。他現在決定「戒掉」維基百科，重回正常生活。

號稱是「影武者」的這個人使用了台灣大哥大的IP地址，但近一年來，影武者用於破壞的IP地址大多為台灣中華電信某段IPv6。因此，發表這份聲明的IP用戶是不是影武者本人仍不確定。

影武者是中文維基百科最嚴重的破壞者。該用戶自2006年6月開始活躍並進行破壞，至今長達13年。一般認為其本名為「林浩生」，是台灣新北市人，現年42歲。但有關資料的真實性仍待考證。「影武者」是其註冊的第一個賬號。除了中文維基百科外，該用戶還破壞日語、英語等其他語言以及維基共享資源等。在中文維基百科上，該用戶自2006年至今，已被確認的傀儡賬號將近2000個，被用於破壞的IP更是不計其數。

【《求聞》編譯組北京6月28日電】中文維基百科管理員「人神之間」因長期不活動，被除去管理員權限。元維基已經完成了除權程序。

根據中文維基百科本地方針，管理員在6個月沒有任何編輯活動後會收到一次警告，警告後一個月內若還沒有編輯，則會被除權。自2011年以來，人神之間在站內就停止活躍，通常只是每六個月警告後才會出來編輯幾筆，警告後迅速沉寂。

人神之間於2008年10月當選管理員，至今已逾10年。他也是「中國維基媒體用戶組」的成員和所謂「協調員」之一。2015年，人神之間的管理員賬號「被盜」，在經時任行政員的菲姑除權後，又宣稱找回，重新賦予了管理員權限。
